Chrisitna Pitts, MS Exercise Physiologist Director

Growing up, Christina witnessed firsthand how positive lifestyle changes could transform lives, including her own, sparking a lifelong passion for using exercise as a tool for lasting health and empowerment. What began as an interest in reducing chronic disease risk quickly evolved into a deeper understanding of exercise as a powerful catalyst for physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being. With a vision of creating a fitness business rooted in a truly holistic approach to wellness, Christina intentionally curated her education and professional experiences to deliver the highest standard of care to her clients.

In 2020, Christina launched an inclusive online coaching service designed to help individuals of all ages and abilities improve their quality of life through exercise and sustainable healthy habits. In person, her work naturally gravitated toward older adults and individuals with neurological and movement conditions. To date, Christina has taught 1,700+ neuroadaptive group fitness classes, delivering six distinct class formats across three levels of ability, in addition to conducting hundreds of one-on-one training sessions and movement assessments. Through this work, Christina discovered a clear calling. Many of her most meaningful and inspiring success stories came from individuals living with Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, stroke recovery, and other neurological conditions. These clients achieved remarkable improvements through adaptive exercise, education, and unwavering encouragement. This became her ministry in motion: blending clinical expertise with compassion, purpose, and service.

In 2025, Phine Fitness evolved into a fully specialized exercise business devoted to serving individuals with neurological and movement conditions on a deeper level. Christina continues to advocate for progress in the field as a Community Advisory Board Member for the Arizona State University’s Clinical Exercise Science BS Program, while advancing inclusive, neurologically informed exercise through Phine Fitness.
